- Do I need to install an app or a program?

- My lab does not use CadCamCloud. Can I use it anyway?
- CadCamCloud always goes through the lab: the lab switches it on and configures it. If you are interested, you can let them know — further down there is a ready message to forward.
- Are work and patient data safe?
- Data resides on servers in the European Union, in line with the GDPR. The platform is built and hosted in Europe.
- Can I see prices before sending a work item?
- If your lab publishes its price list on the portal, you see types, materials and price ranges before sending. It depends on how the lab configures the portal.
