For dental practices

Your prosthetic work, finally in order.

You run the practice like clockwork — except for prosthetic cases, which still live across WhatsApp, email and sticky notes. With CadCamCloud the files go to the right place, the documentation stays in order and you always know where each case stands. For the practice it is free.

What changes for the practice

Your relationship with your lab, without the usual blind spots.

01

You always know where it stands

Received, in production, ready, shipped: the status of every work item is visible in real time. No more calling to ask "is it ready?".

02

Files no longer get lost

The impression you send stays archived and accessible: not a chat link that expires after seven days. Find a case again even months later.

03

One channel, not five

Structured forms instead of WhatsApp, email and scattered messages. Send STL files, data and production notes in one place, sure the lab has received them.

04

Talk to the lab about each case

The conversation stays attached to the work item, not lost in a generic chat. Questions and answers stay where they belong.

05

Prices and times in the open

If your lab publishes its price list, you see types, materials and price ranges before you send. Fewer quotes over the phone.

06

The case stays documented

Every submission leaves an orderly trace, kept over time. Useful to you as much as to the lab, if a case needs to be revisited.

How it works for you

Nothing to install. You receive a link, that is all.

  1. 1

The lab shares the link with you

Your lab sends you the address of its CadCamCloud portal, with the forms for every type of work.

  2. 2

You send the work from the form

Upload the impression or the STL file, fill in the required fields, add your notes. All from the browser, with no software to install.

  3. 3

Follow the status and talk to the lab

From the portal you see progress in real time and message the lab about each case, all the way to delivery.

Works from the browser, on desktop and mobile. For the practice there is nothing to pay.

Your lab does not use it yet?

CadCamCloud goes through your lab.

To use it, your lab needs to be the one to switch it on: it configures the forms and the portal. If you think it would make your life easier, the simplest thing is to tell them. Below is a ready-made message to forward: edit it however you like.

A ready message to forward to your lab

Hello, I send you work regularly and I would like to be able to follow it digitally: sending the impression, real-time status, a file history that does not expire. I have seen that CadCamCloud (https://cadcamcloud.net) offers this to labs. Would you consider it for our workflow? Thank you.

The message goes from you to your lab. CadCamCloud does not contact anyone on your behalf.

In brief

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost the practice?
Nothing. For the dental practice it is free, on any lab in the CadCamCloud network.
Do I need to install an app or a program?
No. You work entirely from the browser, on a computer or a phone. You receive the link from your lab and start from there.
My lab does not use CadCamCloud. Can I use it anyway?
CadCamCloud always goes through the lab: the lab switches it on and configures it. If you are interested, you can let them know — further down there is a ready message to forward.
Are work and patient data safe?
Data resides on servers in the European Union, in line with the GDPR. The platform is built and hosted in Europe.
Can I see prices before sending a work item?
If your lab publishes its price list on the portal, you see types, materials and price ranges before sending. It depends on how the lab configures the portal.

The portal your practice deserves.

Sign in to the portal to send and follow your work. Otherwise, let them know: two lines are enough.
